On this week’s episode of the podcast, I talk about bullying on the job. This topic suggestion was sent in to me by Mrs. Jackson and her STEP class at Sherrard High School.
There are two things you should know if you’re being bullied on the job. .
- You are not alone.
- You being bullied is not your fault.
In this episode, I talk about a few of the options that you have if you’re being bullied. I explain what it may not be as simple as going to your manager to voice your concerns.
I also share a few of my personal experiences with bullying on the job. I explain how each of these issues were resolved, but it’s difficult to give one specific piece of advice for bullying on the job. If you are experiencing anything like this, ask your STEP teacher to contact Gary or Cari, or you can email me – firstname.lastname@example.org.
